One Ugly Rock!

February 18, 2010
After quite a lot of detective work, I now have a beautiful large piece of rainbow flourite for my office. If you read one of my earlier posts, you will know this was recommended to me as an excellent crystal to combat EMFs (electromagnetic frequencies). The challenge was, to find a large piece. There is plenty of flourite available, both in smaller pieces and used in jewellery and beads, but rainbow flourite, as I discovered, is not only more difficult to source all round, but especially so in large, unpolished form (in fact, I have found and am now wearing a rainbow flourite bracelet as well).

It is quit a large chunk (some 8″ at its widest). Here it is!

No, you are not seeing double. This was actually one large rock (and as one of the guys who sourced it for me said, “it’s one ugly rock!”), which had to be broken (smashed!) open with a sledgehammer. Read more…

Midnight Tapping

February 14, 2010

The proverbial fly on the wall would have been thoroughly entertained and/or bemused had it witnessed my first encounter with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) several years ago , notwithstanding I was in considerable pain and distress at the time. I had a terrible headache all day, which had not responded to either tlc or painkillers.  It was late and I couldn’t sleep, despite feeling exhausted. After tossing and turning and finding no comfort wherever I placed my body relative to mattress, duvet and pillows, I got up, switched the light on and sat on the edge of my bed, on the verge of tears with frustration.

As I sat there, my eye fell on a book by Lesley Garner, on the bookshelf just a couple of feet away, “Everything I’ve Ever Done That Worked” (AL). I had read this a while back and, whilst it had been quite an entertaining read, it had not left a huge mark on me. Now it sat on one of the lower shelves of my bookshelf as one of those books I might occasionally dip into, and that I might consider buying as a gift. However, something (desperation?) made me pick it up and I happened to open it part way through the chapter about EFT, an acupressure technique that involved tapping on the face and body.

And so it was, in the early hours of the morning, I sat on the edge of my bed like some crazed woman in my stripey pink pyjamas, tapping on my face and body and not really knowing what I was doing but clinging to the hope that I was doing something that would either make my head better or send me to sleep.

A Pain in the Neck

Neck pain be gone!

My first and most dramatic experience of QT was when it cured my stiff neck. For a long time I was waking in the morning with a very, very stiff neck. I tried all sorts. I slept with a pillow, I slept without a pillow. I piled extra layers on the bed to keep warm, I even tried wrapping up warmly in a scarf. I checked the window for draughts, and I paid attention to my posture during the day, just in case it was muscle tension as a result of being hunched over my desk. I even did stretching exercises. All to no avail.

Some days the pain would be so bad I could barely move my head to one side, and turning my head to look over my shoulder when driving was very painful.

The first time I used QT for the pain, its effect was so immediate, at first I dismissed it as an impossibility and obviously my neck had just got better of its own accord!

But then, after a while, the pain returned and I was back to trying all my usual remedies. Pillow, no pillow. Blankets, scarf, none of them worked. Until I remembered again the QT code I had used when the pain first disappeared.

Input Your Codes and You're Ready!

February 10, 2010

Whenever I have a breakthrough with QT I am even more puzzled why more people (and especially therapists) are not using it, particularly given QT is relatively straightforward to learn! (Or perhaps therein lies my answer, if we each learn how to heal ourselves, maybe some therapists are left wondering what they will then be doing!). Don’t get me wrong, to become proficient at muscle testing and voice scanning requires practise and dedication, and learning to use QT for complicated and stubborn issues is an art. However, there is an awful lot that, as I have discovered, I have been able to learn and do for myself, even just from the all the free information on the Quantum Techniques website.

QT requires no needles, invasive procedure, medication or therapy couch! You can learn to muscle test without any fancy equipment (well, actually, without any equipment other than your body and maybe a willing assistant when you first start learning, but even that is not a prerequisite!). You don’t need a therapist to get started and the all the information you need is FREE on the QT website! And when you become proficient it doesn’t take long to do! (So what are you waiting for?!!).

Input the QT codes

QT treatments centre around “codes” which are used to clear toxins, balance energy etc. Each “code” is an abbreviated reference to a specific point on your face, hands or body. It is basically a shortcut way of referring to a whole series of points quickly and easily without having to describe each one fully every time. To use the codes, you need to input each code into your body. Read more…

Check Your Battery!

Check your battery!

The human body has an electrical charge which, when all is well, runs in a particular direction. Broadly speaking, the top and front of the body have a positive charge (top of the head, top of the feet and hands, front of the body), whereas the bottom and back of the body have a negative charge (soles of the feet, palms of the hand, the back). Then, within each organ and each cell there is a similar positive/negative charge.

If the flow of that charge is disrupted, the polarity may be affected so that you are “reversed”. Polarity reversal (“PR”) may be caused not only by a physical toxin, such as an inhalant or ingestant, but by an emotional disturbance – thoughts are energy, and so may cause a PR.

It’s like having your batteries in the wrong way round. Treatments and medication will be ineffective, even though you may be doing everything just as you should. Or, you may find a treatment holds for a short while and then loses its effect for no apparent reason. It may even be the reason why you just do not have the willpower to stick to your healthy diet!

I first encountered the notion of polarity reversal (“PR”) in EFT as “psychological reversal” (a broader but similar concept), and have come to  appreciate more the need to address PR whilst  learning Quantum Techniques, because it is such an integral part of the QT process. Accurate muscle testing is compromised if the person testing or being tested is reversed, so one of the first steps in a QT treatment is checking for PR. Read more…

One in 10 Million

Rembrandt calibrates at an incredible 700!

Truth Vs Falsehood: How to Tell the Difference“, by David R Hawkins is one of those books that I often come back to, not because I agree with it all, but because it is very thought-provoking!

It is quite a weighty tome (almost 500 pages) that has the feel of a science book when you pick it up – perhaps rightly so because it is all about a science of consciousness. I say “a science” because The Scientific Establishment would not necessarily support the findings on its objective measures, although the basic methodology and principles applied are well-recognised in kinesiology.

The book examines how humans differentiate what is true from what is false, and records the findings of calibrating a whole range of matters including people (dead and alive), places and beliefs on a scale developed to differentiate truth from falsehood.

That scale (the “Map of Consciousness”) runs from 1 (the lowest vibration, the existence of life), to 1000 (the highest vibration, the highest level of consciousness ever reached by man), and has been calibrated using principles of kinesiology. In other words, because everything that exists is energy, and it exists independently of human description and outside of time and place, it can be calibrated and compared with everything else on a logarithmic scale.

So it is that man’s greatest avatars calibrate at 1000, but only 4% of world’s the population reach the level of 500. Unconditional love calibrates at 540, and here the percentage of the world’s population which calibrates to that level plummets to 0.4%. Only one in ten million of us calibrate over 600!
